Template for review by counsel before launch — not legal advice.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Yasmine (the "Service"), provided by Agenz Technologies ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Yasmine connects an AI assistant to your Slack workspace and runs on your own Claude subscription. You are responsible for your Claude account, your connected repositories and tools, and the actions you instruct the assistant to take.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your users' compliance with these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate it or that create security or legal risk.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our billing policy. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
5. AI output
The Service uses AI that may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or acting on it. The Service does not provide professional, legal, or financial advice.
6. Intellectual property & third parties
You retain rights to your content. Slack, Claude, and Anthropic are trademarks of their respective owners; Yasmine is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Delaware], USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; you and we waive class actions, except where prohibited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use means acceptance.
